Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site, request a consultation, download a resource, or use one of our calculators, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, mobile or business telephone number, business name, business location, business type, annual revenue range, area of interest, timeline, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we collect limited technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters present in the URL you arrived through, such as UTM tags, gclid, or fbclid.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies for basic site functionality and for analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen years of age, and our services are directed to businesses rather than consumers.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers acting on our behalf. We use third parties to operate our business, including customer relationship management, email and text message delivery, web analytics, form processing, and hosting. These providers process information under contract, only on our instructions, and only as needed to provide their service to us.
- Within our platform. Where relevant to serving you, we may share your inquiry with affiliated Equity Growth Partners operating companies, for example our accounting or brokerage arms, so that the right team responds. We do not share your mobile information or text messaging consent this way for marketing purposes.
- Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete it or render it anonymous. Records of a text messaging opt-out are retained indefinitely so that we can honor it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our custody, including access controls on a least-privilege basis and credentials held in a managed secrets vault. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
